Last week, on the night of November 4th, Comedy Works was filled with laughter. It was Project ReCycle’s 4th annual “Night of Laughter”, the non-profit’s largest fund-raiser. This year’s headliner featured Phil Palisoul’s humorous antics. The audience played along with Phil and had an amazing time. The doors opened at 5:30 pm with a silent auction, food, and spirits. Individuals and businesses donated items everywhere from an autographed Kenny Chesney guitar to Ride the Rockies guaranteed entries…. by the time the night was over there was $50,000 brought in for the charity! Last Halloween, Tyler Chappa dressed up in costume as The Joker and went house to house asking adults Batman trivia questions. If they got it right, he gave them a Starbucks gift card (the treat). Help us Fix Donated Bikes in Englewood for Kids in Need
Volunteers Needed! If you haven’t heard, Project ReCycle now has a new donated beautiful facility in Engelwood. We have endearingly named it “The Kick Stand”. It is filled right now with bikes that have been donated that need a quick clean up, repair and tune up. We are racing the clock as we ready these bicycles for the holiday season. Can you imagine how many kids in need will smile when they receive one of these bikes? Read more

We serve a God that has blessed us enormously.
“This Saturday I checked the mail and was surprised with a letter from the IRS. “We are pleased to inform you…” starts the letter” commented AJ Stapleton this morning via email.
He Continued “I read the 1 page letter over and over trying to make sense of it. Our acceptance took only 1 month. I had heard from numerous groups that their applications for tax Exemption and public charity have taken as long as 13 months to be approved. That most of them had ran their applications by lawyers and accountants only to find out that it was missing information. Robert and I can’t thank you enough for all your support and prayers during the initial stages of getting our letter of Exemption.”
