Help us Fix Donated Bikes in Englewood for Kids in Need
Volunteers Needed! If you haven’t heard, Project ReCycle now has a new donated beautiful facility in Engelwood. We have endearingly named it “The Kick Stand”. It is filled right now with bikes that have been donated that need a quick clean up, repair and tune up. We are racing the clock as we ready these bicycles for the holiday season. Can you imagine how many kids in need will smile when they receive one of these bikes? Read more

He rides away, and pedals as hard as his shark bike will allow him. A certain glow in his eyes filled with happiness, and freedom. Shouting with excitement while the wind blows through his new, green, helmet. Looking back only to say thank you, and then he rides to face the world.
Two weeks ago, my two sisters, and myself, bought a shark bike and a spider man bike for the 3T Ministry bike drive. We had been saving our money, so that we would be able to donate a bike to 3T Ministry. What better way to spend the money that we saved, so bring joy into someone else’s heart. Read more

While we are generally posting here at 3t Ministry on bike recent bike donations, today is a bit different. A fellow community organizer, Sheri Cahill, is in need of some assistance gathering volunteers for an event on 1/21/2012. She is organizing the Girl Scout Cookie Delivery (did someone same cookies?) and is in need of volunteers to load cases of cookies. This would be an ideal project for a teenager that may need volunteer hours for school or church. You can find the complete information and contact info below. Read more
As we head into December, it is such a busy time for everyone. But there is still need. Thankfully we live in such a giving community and there is a desire to donate time even during this busy month.
We have many opportunities for you to get involved at 3t Ministry this month, be it at a Bike Repair Event, Winter Coat Delivery, and more. And as we near Christmas, we will have some special events to present bikes to their new owners.
Here’s what is coming up:
