Chair

Tim currently serves as Senior Vice President for Builders FirstSource, co-leading the integration following the company’s recent acquisition of ProBuild. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy for ProBuild with responsibility for the Information Technology, Real Estate, and Program Management functions and the implementation of the company’s strategic plan. He initially joined ProBuild in 2011 as Vice President of Operations Finance.  Prior to ProBuild, Tim spent 17 years at Honeywell International with executive roles including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and General Manager.  His experience spans various industries including automotive, aerospace, automation and control products, chemicals, nuclear energy, and building materials. During his time at Honeywell, Tim also served on the Board of Directors for two joint ventures, ConverDyn (uranium conversion services for nuclear utilities) and Quimobasicos (refrigerant gases and Kyoto Protocol emission rights).

Tim is a native of Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College. He holds certifications as a Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Manufacturing Expert. Tim and his family actively serve their community with over 700 volunteer hours in 2015. He is active in his faith community as a member of the Knights of Columbus. Tim also has a passion for youth sports as a means of positively impacting the lives of children in his community and has coached over 25 seasons of baseball, soccer, and basketball. In his free time, Tim enjoys time with his family, skiing, golf, tennis, and reading.

Born and raised in Albuquerque NM , Greg found the road of life led to Denver in 2002. He met his soulmate Becky here in Colorado and began his life with her in 2005.

He has two beautiful children Addison 5 and Logan 8 months.

Greg currently works full time as a Field Insurance Agent.

Wade Haufschild

Wade has been in the accounting field for over 15 years. Initially with KPMG LLP, a public accounting firm, for almost 11 years and subsequently, external financial reporting for Liberty Media Corporation, also a public company. Both of these jobs have given him a wide variety of accounting, budgeting and control experiences. He has served in various leadership roles both at KPMG and Liberty where strategic planning has been a part of his job description. Additionally, both of his career experiences have involved him in numerous recruiting and hiring processes. He currently serves as an elder at Littleton Christian Church in the role of treasurer.

Wade has a heart and passion for spreading a message of hope through a small gift of a simple machine. his interest in bikes goes back to when he was a youth. Wade and his brother would receive hand-me-down bikes from his cousins. They would take these bikes and completely strip them down and transform them into their dream bikes. Bikes have always been a symbol of freedom for Wade. He loves the simplicity of a bike and the amazing efficiency.

He met AJ Stapleton, Executive Director for Project ReCycle(PR) through a co-worker who was introduced to the organization at the Night of Laughter Fundraiser. Through this introduction he immediately fell in love with the mission and vision of the organization. Their first interaction was so genuine that Wade felt compelled to get involved in some capacity. He has volunteered at the kickstand a couple of times and was fortunate enough to be involved in this year’s dream bike event.

Additionally, in 2015 Wade was instrumental in pulling together a rider team for Ride the Rockies. The team (18 strong) under Wade’s Leadership, had the privilege to raise funds and awareness of Project Recycle while riding many miles for smiles.

Jeff H. Fleck

Jeff Fleck has lived most of his life here in Colorado. He enjoys all that this great state has to offer from golf to cycling and everything in between. He and his wife, Michelle remain busy with their 21-year-old daughter and their 15 and 12-year-old boys.

Jeff is the President and CEO of Xperience Promotions and the founder of Xperience-Events, the online source to Cycling, Running, Triathlon and adventure events.

In December of 2010, Jeff provided (with the tutelage of Craig Secher of Realities for Children) a Bikes for Tykes program benefiting at-risk youth in the south Denver and Douglas County areas. In October of 2012, Jeff met AJ Stapleton (Founder of Project ReCycle) and formed an immediate bond in their passion for providing smiles to kids. Shortly after, the two combined efforts and the rest (as they say) is history.

Mike is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Tax Transformation and Technology Practice based in the Denver office and is a leader of their Tax ERP services. He has over twenty plus years of diversified accounting, finance, tax, and consulting experience with an emphasis in tax data management, tax compliance, tax technology, and the tax sensitization of ERP system implementations.

When Mike was younger he vividly remembers being given an older Mongoose dirt bike that he fixed up and it became his pride and joy.  The gift of a set of wheels can be powerful and uplifting.  Mike and his family have been volunteering in many capacities with Project ReCycle since 2009 and he joined the Board of Directors in 2016 to help further the mission of the organization.

Mike has always been active in his local community serving as a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America, Knights of Columbus, Warriors AYL Baseball, Junior Achievement, and other organizations.  He especially likes to focus on organizations that help children, as they are the future leaders of our community.
